INNOVATE is a bespoke strategic workshop developed by H+A Marketing+PR. Tailored to each clients needs, it provides a structured, creative approach to defining, exploring and solving business issues and opportunities. At its heart is the fundamental principle that all successful organisations are built on brands that make your business not only more memorable and recognisable but communicate a unique benefit to new and existing customers.

The session usually lasts between half a day and a day and is designed to be stimulating, challenging and motivational. Starting with a clearly defined set of outputs as an objective, we take on the role of facilitation and direction. A variety of techniques are used, including some simple exercises, supported by appropriate stimulus material. However, the most productive element of the session almost invariably comes from the lively discussion and debate.

WHY INNOVATE?

In simple words, innovation is a new way of doing things. There are many different objectives of innovation but in business, innovation is about transforming knowledge, new technologies and new processes into commercial success.

In the current economic environment Innovation is a prerequisite for businesses that aim to be leaders in their chosen category.

As Minister for Foreign Affairs, Micheál Martin TD said at the launch of INNOVATE, "Innovation is essential to business success and, in many cases, recovery - it can improve a businesses' chance of surviving, and also help it to grow and drive greater profits. It is never too early or late to build a culture of innovation in an organisation. In these tough economic times, Irish businesses should embrace a spirit of innovation to help them stay competitive and sustain growth in both home and international market".
