Meeting Master

Objectives

  • To invigorate team meetings
  • To develop a flexible and responsive team meeting structure which encouraged team meetings to take place on a regular basis
  • To provide team managers/leaders with support to help them to conduct better team meetings
  • To produce measurable results

Components

An online tool for the management of team meetings supported by an internal communications programme which was designed to educate and inform staff and provide support for the process. This consisted of a poster campaign and a branded leather bound meeting folder with recipient-customised content.

Outcome

Irish Life conducts regular conduct regular communications surveys to assess the effectiveness of the programmes and initiatives they implement. They apply a star rating which awards ‘1’ to projects that are poor or non-effective and ‘5’ to those that are excellent and highly-effective. Meeting Master was awarded a ‘5’.
