Mangan’s Champions the Independent Retailer with ‘Independents’ Day’ Event
Yesterday Mangan’s Wholesale hosted an ‘Independence’ Day’ to celebrate 75 years in business, at the Radisson Hotel, Galway. The event, organised by H+A Marketing & PR, is the centerpiece of the company’s 75th anniversary year.
Events included a business conference with guest speakers including Eddie O’Sullivan, a celebration dinner and Christmas trade show which was attended by retailers and suppliers to the grocery trade.
The event was rounded off with a concluding address by company Chairman, Gabriel Mangan who thanked the customers of Mangan’s Wholesale for their support over the years, and stated that he looked forward to the next phase of working together and that consumers will continue to avail of a quality convenience shopping experience.
H+A Marketing & PR organised this very successful event for Mangan’s Wholesale and have been working with Mangan’s Wholesale prior to their 75th anniversary, planning and coordinating events for this important year. The Mangan’s Wholesale brand was adapted to represent the 75th year in the logo. H+A Marketing & PR has developed a DVD, which tells the story of how the business evolved. The 75th year also sees Mangan’s Wholesale invest in re-vamping the brand identities for its symbol stores – Vivo and Xpress Stop. Both stores will have a refreshed brand identity that reflects the quality of the store and its product offering and range.
