H+A Director appointed Chairman of the PRCA
Ann-Marie O’Sullivan, Director of H+A Marketing & PR (incorporating O’Sullivan PR) has been elected Chairman of the Public Relations Consultants Association of Ireland (PRCA).
The Public Relations Consultants Association of Ireland represents the interests of the majority of PR consultancies operating in Ireland. Established in 1989, it provides a forum for members to communicate with each other, as well as with government and other public bodies and associations. It also aims to represent the PR sector in the media.
“I am deeply honoured to take on the role of Chairman,” commented Ann-Marie. “This is a challenging time for all businesses and the existence of a strong and relevant association for all our members – both big and small – is very important, now more than ever. PRCA member companies are required, as a qualification for membership, to implement and observe the highest professional standards.“
A Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, Ann-Marie has over twenty years of experience in strategic communications. Ann-Marie’s appointment marks the first time in the PRCA’s 20 year history that the Chairman has come from a company based outside Dublin.
