Catering for Profit
Unilever Foodsolutions recently brought some of the biggest names in the Irish Hospitality and Catering industry together to help them ‘cater for profit’ in the current recession.
The ‘Catering for Profit’ conference, featuring Wembley Executive Head Chef and 2006 Ryder Cup Executive Head Chef Frank Coughlan, and Calum Watson, Executive Head Chef and Director of Operations at Marco Pierre-White’s Frankie’s Bar and Grill, gave advice on how to maintain quality and profit margins. The seminars were run in the Unilever Foodsolutions Kitchen Studio in Dublin and event management was handled by H+A Marketing + PR.
