Not to be confused with the Semantic Web, the Synaptic Web is a concept currently generating much discourse as a descriptive idea for current developments in the web sphere and indeed, the direction that it is heading in.

Planning is absolutely key to a successful PR campaign and, in my experience, lack of planning is often the missing piece of the jigsaw when things go wrong.
